Kevin Shaw Jr. Biography

Kevin Shaw Jr. was best known for his visionary leadership, charismatic personality, entrepreneurial mindset and motivational drive. He learned early on about the value of hard work and perseverance from his parents who emphasized that “education is the key to success.”

Transitioning into high school Kevin received an academic scholarship to enter into the Honor’s program at Rice High School where he played basketball for four years. Senior year Kevin received a four year academic scholarship to Fairfield University where he graduated with his Bachelors of Science Degree in a double major of Finance and Accounting.

Kevin started his accounting career at Royal Bank of Scotland and KMR LLP where he honed his accounting skills. Kevin served as an Assistant Basketball Coach at Concordia College during the 2010-2011 seasons. In 2012 Kevin and Gareth Little created “The Circle, LLC,” A Sports & Entertainment Brokerage Company. In 2013 Kevin graduated with his Master’s Degree from George Washington University in Business Administration. In addition to serving as CEO of The Circle he continued to pursue other ventures. Kevin Shaw was a motivator and mentor who was principled, dedicated, and in constant pursuit of helping people realize and exceed their potential. He was a lover of sports, a master of creating new and captivating ideas, and his selflessness personality was a quality that was admired by many. Kevin refused to let the detractors defeat him and loved recounting the wisdom of philosophers.

Kevin Shaw, Jr. was born on November 29, 1988, and passed away on June 24, 2015
